Stephen Smith Decorators aimed to do a 'raily' good job – as his work in Preston's Winckley Square shows. They were awarded the contract to paint 504 metres of rusted railings for Barton Grange Landscapes’ rejuvenation of the famous Georgian landmark in the centre of Preston. Senior contracts manager Chris Dandridge said he was very happy with Stephen’s work for the mainly Lottery-funded scheme.
